上海富铭化工有限公司成立于1997年，是由原国家级科研究人员创办，专业从事双组份聚氨酯密封胶的开发、生产及其应用工艺的研究。逐步开发并形成五大类三十多个品种的FM系列密封胶及配套密封胶使用的JA系列双组份自动定量混合灌胶机（已获国家发明专利，专利号为ZL2004 200237112）。
FM系列产品广泛应用于：电子电器行业--家用电器、汽车电器、电子元器件、电光源；洁净领域--空气过滤器、吸尘器过滤器、液体过滤器。 JD系列双组份自动定量混合胶机是根据FM系列密封胶的特性及灌封产品的特点而设计。公司与诸多行业的 龙头企业合作，共同设计开发出行业用的自动灌封线，并得到了广泛的推广及应用。
